INITIAL PAYMENT and CLUB FEE AGREEMENT
Please note that all Fee's associated with our club must be paid to Vardar East. There will be no team bank account, there will be no paying the manager team fees. If you pay by cash - you must ask for a receipt!
By accepting a roster spot on a team you are also accepting the agreement to pay all CLUB FEE DUES. NOTE: If a player or parent decides to quit midyear or at any other time after tryouts, note that 'club dues' are still due unless agreed upon by club management.
Information about Club Fees will be provided on our web site (yes! you read that correctly) before the annual open houses and tryouts. There will be various options for payment at the time of the June tryouts and registration process.
PAYMENT PLAN
- Pay the June tryout registration deposit $350 (non-refundable) as specified online or on your fee sheet. Payment is to be made by cheque and given to team manager in the Signing Tent.
- The remaining balance will be paid with monthly automated payments (charged to a debit/credit card) after you electronically accept the position on the team. The club will send you an email to accept. Monthly payments will be automatically processed on the 1st of each month, per the details provided online or on the fee sheet.
