Registration Information

Congratulations! Your child is going to a Vardar East tryout!

Here is what you can expect:

WEBSITE ACCOUNT

Each parent/guardian must register their child for tryouts through the registration system on our website.  If you are new to Vardar East simply create a new account by clicking HERE, add your child as a participant.  The system will prompt you from there. 

If you are a returning player - Log in HERE

During the registration process you will be asked to sign waivers and agreements.  Please read these before you electronically sign.  Acceptance onto a team is a two part process.  1.  Tryouts - by signing the player contract.  2.  After tryouts, players will be uploaded into our registration system.  The system in turn will notify you to accept the position on the team.

TRYOUT WAIVER - You will need to read and electronically sign this when you are registering for tryouts.


PLAYER CODE OF CONDUCT

The Player Code of Conduct can be read in the About Us/Club Policies.  Parent/guardian's will be asked to agree and electronically sign this policy when they accept their child's position on a team.

UNIFORMS, TRAINING SHIRTS and SPIRIT WEAR

During the annual tryouts process, samples of uniform items and spirit wear will be available for sizing purposes.  Record your sizes and then place your orders online when prompted.  Please note that:

  • The uniform items are ordered on-line through Soccer World and their Uniform Ordering system.  2019 - 2020 Uniform cost is $105
  • Club training shirts are also available
  • The spirit wear store will also be open

The link to place your orders will be sent to you via email after you electronically accept a place on the team.

Note: Uniform numbers - Returning players will get 1st choice of uniform numbers.  Players moving up a team level or that are new to the club will (if conflict) need to choose another number.

Tryout Requirements

Bring a copy of your child's birth certificate
Bring a copy of your insurance card front and back
Print, read to your child, then complete and bring the Heads Up Concussion Form
Bring your cheque book as we will require a $325 deposit

The other forms will be provided at tryouts

If you wish you can jump to the MYSL section and be a wee bit cheeky and fill forms out before hand, just leave the team section blank.

PLAYER CONTRACTS

During the tryout process, players will be selected and placed onto teams, we typically try and fill roster spots immediately.  If accepted, the player and parents will then be asked to go to the Player Signing Tent to complete and submit the Player Contract, pay deposit and complete any other forms. 

Please note that you cannot walk away with this contract - it will void your roster spot on the team.

For Players Added After the Annual Tryouts Process

  • The team manager will let you know which league forms to complete.

MICHIGAN YOUTH SOCCER LEAGUE (MYSL)

The following forms and information are required for all players registering in the MYSL. 

1.  Player Contract.  This form will be provided on-site during the annual tryouts process.  No need to bring this form to tryouts.

2.  Medical Release (see below for form).  Print and complete this form.  Bring to tryouts and give to Team manager upon acceptance to a team.

3.  Insurance.  Please bring a copy of the front and back of your insurance card and give to Team manager upon acceptance to a team.

4.  Copy of Birth Certificate.  Only needed if the player is new to MYSL.  Bring a copy to tryouts (just in case) and give to team manager.  Blank out any Social Security Numbers please.

5.  Heads Up.  Print out and read this with your child.  Complete this form and bring to tryouts.  Must be handed to team manager.

6.  Electronic Copy of Player Photograph - After acceptance to a team send picture to ADMIN via Email.  Make sure you note players name and age group.


INITIAL PAYMENT and CLUB FEE AGREEMENT

Please note that all Fee's associated with our club must be paid to Vardar East.  There will be no team bank account, there will be no paying the manager team fees.  If you pay by cash - you must ask for a receipt!

By accepting a roster spot on a team you are also accepting the agreement to pay all CLUB FEE DUES.

Information about Club Fees will be provided on our web site (yes! you read that correctly) before the annual open houses and tryouts.  There will be various options for payment at the time of the June tryouts and registration process.

PAYMENT PLAN

  • Pay the June tryout registration deposit $325 (non-refundable) as specified online or on your fee sheet.  Payment is to be made by cheque and given to team manager in the Signing Tent.  
  • The remaining balance will be paid with monthly automated payments (charged to a debit/credit card) after you electronically accept the position on the team.  The club will send you an email to accept.  Monthly payments will be automatically processed on the 1st of each month, per the details provided online or on the fee sheet.
